Happy Labor day weekend everyone! Nothing is better than getting a three day weekend to play some Fuzz in good ol' Bisbee. I do believe this is the first Bisbee show we have played in about 5-6 years. It was a killer night! Red Mesa unfortunately had to cancel the remaining portion of their tour due to medical emergency. Sending out Love to Brad and the gang hoping everything is ok. Big shout out to Sierra Vista locals Black Zombi for filling the slot. Black Zombi are a great newer band in the scene and I am looking forward to where and how they develop from here. Hudu Akil came from all parts of Arizona and the Southwest to make this show. They absolutely crushed their set and the crowd with their riffs. There set was hitting so hard a good friend passed out and needed stitches from the fall. We are glad he is safe, and we appreciate his sacrifice to the gods of metal before our set. I do think I was sweating more during this set than playing The Nile in Phoenix which is crazy. Big Thanks to the staff and Dana from The Quarry for having us. We will be going in to record the remaining portions of our new record "Smear Merchants" in Sept/Oct and will be back playing shows in the late fall/winter.
